Shipping:

This Shipping Policy is applicable to purchases made from Blask Beauty, operated by HOUSE OF JANATHA, registered in India. We currently ship only within India and do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation, and orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays. Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3–7 business days depending on the delivery location; however, delivery timelines may vary due to factors beyond our control such as courier delays, weather conditions, or remote locations. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before payment, and we may offer free shipping on selected orders or during promotional campaigns. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor your delivery status. While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and Blask Beauty shall not be held liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details, as incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

Return Policy:
We stand behind the quality of our products at Blask Beauty; however, due to the nature of skincare products, returns are limited. We offer replacements or refunds only in cases where the product is damaged or an incorrect item has been received. To initiate a request, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, share their Order ID, and provide clear images or videos as proof. Once the request is reviewed and approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer, and customers are required to provide their bank details for processing. To be eligible, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and all items must be intact. We do not accept returns for opened or used products, products without original packaging, or requests made due to a change of mind.
