At Blask Beauty, we aim to process orders quickly to ensure fast and efficient delivery.
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the quality of our products. However, due to the nature of skincare products, returns are limited.
We offer replacement or refund only if:
- Product is damaged
- Wrong item received
To initiate:
- Notify within 48 hours of delivery
- Share Order ID
- Provide clear images/videos
3. Refund Process
Once approved:
- Refunds processed within 5–7 business days
- Credited to original payment method
COD Orders:
- Refund via bank transfer
- Customer must provide bank details
4. Eligibility Conditions
- Product must be unused
- Must be in original packaging
- All items intact
5. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Change of mind
